日本酒の未来を見据え、国内外で多彩なプロジェクトを手掛ける。グローバルにおける価値を上げ、市場規模を拡大し、数百年後にも継承していくための仕組みを考え実行している。これまでは国内外のデザインファームで Fortune 500 企業などと商品企画・開発、新規事業の支援を行ってきた。独立後は全国200蔵以上を訪れ撮影、その後「若手の夜明け」「混祭」のイベント・オンラインプラットフォーム sakejump を運営、2025年は香港・北京でも開催。2026年は香港、ベルリン、ロンドンで開催。さらにプレミアムブランド PRIME SAKE、日本酒の未来を語るカンファレンス SAKE LEADERS SUMMIT なども手掛け、現場の声を政策にまで昇華させ、業界全体の興隆を目指している。
